• Follow European follow-up of UNESCO World Solar Plan of Action, participating in the Solar Expert Meeting, Sofia, December 1999.
• Followed the UN-ECE Committee on Sustainable Energy, November 1999

• Conducted INFORSE-Europe General Annual Meeting as E-mail Conference, November 15-30.
