This INFORSE Action Plan is a continuation of ongoing INFORSE-Europe activities that have characterised the network during recent years. It is divided in:

Participate in "Global Leadership for Renewable Energy"
The coordinators will follow the development of the activities by other parts of INFORSE, keep the members informed, and participate with regional inputs in the common INFORSE activities.
Beside this, the coordinators will develop a proposal for INFORSE-Europe activities for this issue in cooperation with Helio, Bel.Div. of Int. Academy of Ecology, and other interested members.

Pan-European Energy Efficiency
INFORSE-Europe will continue to follow pan-European work for energy efficiency in Energy Charter and UN ECE. It will be done in cooperation with ECO-Forum. All interested INFORSE members will be invited to join the special email list on the topic: the ECO-Forum energy & climate group list.

Lobby Multilateral Development Banks
Lobby MDB's for Sustainable Energy will be done through increased cooperation with Bankwatch Network CEE. INFORSE Europe NGOs will be informed about the process and will be asked for their comments as well.

Follow development in EU
The coordinators and other members will follow the development in EU, including European Climate Chanfge Program.

European Wind Campaign
Launch of EU campaign to increase targets for windpower.
